Due to circumstances and the need to set some priorities i had to put the Electron-X
podcast on a hold for an uncertain amount of time. Sometimes we do have to make
choices in life and time is limited. -Podcasting music is not like making radio,
where i can draw cd's out of a wall and play them.. i need permission from every
artist etc, and that is really to much right now-. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but i will make it up to you someday, one way or another. -patric- |
Quite
simply, a podcast is audio or video content delivered to an audience that listens
or views the programs when they want, where they want, and how they want (on demand). To elaborate, podcasting is the distribution of audio or video files, such as radio programs or music videos, over the internet by RSS (Real Simple Syndication) or Atom syndication feeds for listening on mobile devices and personal computers. Subscribers to podcasts are automatically delivered new content whenever a new show is produced. Podcasters will often make their audio or video files available on their web site for direct download. Despite
the name “podcast”, you don’t need an iPod, or any other portable
MP3 player for that matter. Once the content has been downloaded, you may listen
or view it on your computer or mobile device, or burn it to CD, or, of course,
listen to it on a portable MP3 player. |
